Who is Terri
Terri Blanton is an award-minded visionary, producer, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to transforming lives through the power of storytelling, mentorship, and meaningful partnerships. As the Founder and CEO of Terri Blanton Productions, she is building a portfolio of mission-driven initiatives designed to address some of today's most pressing social challenges through innovative media and community engagement.
She is the creator of Heaven Sent, a groundbreaking film and television series that confronts difficult issues such as mental health, suicide prevention, domestic violence, trauma, and healing — using powerful stories to inspire hope, encourage conversation, and connect people with resources. Terri is also the founder of Teen Scene Live, a national youth initiative providing positive alternatives for teens through leadership, mentorship, creativity, entertainment, and community engagement.
Where it all started
The Story
With more than 19 years of professional experience at United Airlines and a lifelong commitment to serving her community, Terri brings together corporate leadership, nonprofit vision, and creative excellence. She also serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children in foster care and reinforcing her lifelong commitment to protecting and uplifting vulnerable youth.
Guided by the motto "Healing Through Filming," Terri believes that one story has the power to change one life — and one changed life has the power to transform an entire community. Her long-term vision includes developing the Heaven Sent Foundation, expanding Teen Scene Live into cities across the nation, and establishing the Heaven Sent Tower, a world-class center dedicated to healing, mentorship, media production, and community impact.
Today, Terri is actively seeking strategic sponsors, philanthropic partners, corporations, foundations, and community leaders who share a passion for creating measurable, lasting change. Together, she believes we can build a future where every young person is seen, every voice is heard, and every life has the opportunity to thrive.
